Today is my one year old with my co. What had I gained?
Knowledge-wise: I fairly grasp the basic concept of budgetting, outlook & spending. $$$ !!! Granted the glimpse of Purchasing cycle. Once the implementation over, my future path will be dealing with $$$ but I don't like it though my brain is mathematically inclined. Do I really want to be in mangement?
Technical-wise: My excel skill become sharpen! Database skill still the same leh cos using Access only - I still don't like using them to do forms and had never attempt to do it :p..but at least I learnt abit about Oracle Views. I am still hoping to get train in Oracle stuff. OCP still a target to achieve! Need the right environment though!!!
Self-wise: My threshold in dealing "difficult" people who simply have no common senses went higher. People who talks and complains alot yet do nothing exist. People who really work hard but gain nothing do exist. Sigh.....So, to be smart and protect myself: I shall do little and don't expect much gain. My interest is still in data analysis and system development. I do like seeing an end product.
Overall, I give myself a 6 out of 10.
<This is what I got for my ONE year old with the co. I previously was told there will be gift - but I received this only. My colleague checked with HR; was informed that no gift....3 years then have - and it will be a pen. *kaoz* budget slashed until like that. The only thing that did not anger me was my boss came to my desk and sincerly presented to me. Else I will sure hit the roof if she ask me to go to her desk. Ok. I can forget abt the rest of the things.>
Now, here's the link to my favourite princess cake to appease myself!!!! http://www.missmaud.com.au/cakes.asp?ModuleID=5&RowId=79&RowCategoryId=2
