I got "angry" when I was checking online bill transaction..I was shocked that I'd an unbilled transaction "annual fee" for XXXX card. I remembered checking last month that I wouldn't need to pay as I'd spent Z dollars. Immediately took my phone and called XXXX customer svcs...waited liked 5-7mins for someone (a guy) to attend to the call (at this hour is consider peak?!). I started to ask why this why that. The person checked say, "oh becos it is 18 dollar short of Z dollars". I was liked "WHAT?!" and started blahing. He said he will waived it off for me but hoped that I can spent more next time with their XXXX card. Finger pointing back to me!? I put it back to him that tell tt person who attended my previous call please be more ATTENTIVE & SPECIFIC. So much of customer service!
This December is so different - Things are changing. Work are changing. Friends are changing. Behaviour are changing. So much things happened in a week. Heard ridiculous stuff at work. I'm starting to pamper myself to get my frustration out of my system. I need my holiday.
